The articles offered in our store are endorsed by important commercial firms. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. Therefore, they can return the merchandise in 2 cases:
Defective products or wrong shipments
- AZULKITEBOARDING will admit the return of defective products and erroneous shipments, being the one who will be responsible for the shipping costs provided that the client reliably notifies AZULKITEBOARDING of this circumstance within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Once said communication has been made, the AZULKITEBOARDING transport company (except for shipments made by the Post Office) will pick up the erroneous or defective order, for which the user will have indicated to AZULKITEBOARDING the address and times to carry out the order pickup.
Shipments made by Correos must be returned by the user through the same Correos service.
- To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, inside its packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in its case.
- The customer must present the cash receipt or invoice issued together with the order.
- Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after a thorough check of its status, if everything is in accordance with the conditions described above, the product will be exchanged within a period of 30 working days.
- If you do not meet any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including the transportation of these items, will be borne by you. If you do not accept this option, AZULKITEBOARDING can keep the items and the amount thereof.

- Returns in our establishment: Items purchased online (www.azulkiteboarding.com) can also be returned at our establishment on Paseo Nuestra Señora Mercedes de Roja, 26, 36612 El Médano – Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands). The conditions to proceed with the return of a defective or erroneous product in our establishment are the same as for the on-line return.
Return or exchange of products in good condition
If the customer changes his mind upon receiving his order and decides to return it or exchange one item for another, AZULKITEBOARDING will accept the return or exchange as long as the following conditions are met:
- The client must notify AZULKITEBOARDING by email, writing to the address info@azulkiteboarding.com, within 14 days from the date of delivery of their order, their desire to return or exchange the items they have purchased.
- The product that you wish to return or exchange for another must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case. After carefully checking the condition of the merchandise in our warehouse, the purchase amount will be refunded or a purchase voucher(*) will be issued for the same amount or the product will be exchanged for another. In case there is a price difference between both products, AZULKITEBOARDING will issue a purchase voucher(*) for the value of the difference when the price of the new product is lower than the price of the returned product.
In the opposite case, that is, when the value of the new product is greater than the value of the returned product, AZULKITEBOARDING will charge the customer the difference.
(*) The purchase voucher issued will have an expiration of 6 months.
- To make the return, the box receipt or invoice issued together with the order must be presented.
- Shipping costs will only be refundable in the case of wrong delivery or defective product.
- Once the product has been received and its condition thoroughly checked, AZULKITEBOARDING will send an email to the customer to inform him of the acceptance of the return or exchange.
- In the case of a return: From the date on which AZULKITEBOARDING communicates to the client the acceptance of the return, AZULKITEBOARDING has 30 working days to reimburse the amount of the purchase by the same means of payment that was paid for it (in case of payment by PayPal, a 3% discount will be given for administrative expenses and in case of payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS card, 2% will be deducted for administrative expenses). Likewise, the transport costs generated will be deducted, both for the first shipment and for the return and the second shipment.
- In the event of a change: From the date on which AZULKITEBOARDING communicates to the client the acceptance of the exchange of one article for another, AZULKITEBOARDING will notify the client if there is a difference in the price of the items and in the event that AZULKITEBOARDING has to pay the client an amount, AZULKITEBOARDING has 30 working days to reimburse the difference by the same means of payment that the purchase was paid for (in case of payment by PayPal, a 3% discount will be applied for administrative expenses and in case of payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS card 2% will be deducted for administrative expenses). Likewise, the transport costs generated will be deducted, both for the first shipment and for the return and the second shipment.
In the event that the client must pay an amount of extra money for the exchange of one item for another, AZULKITEBOARDING will inform you by email of the exact amount to be paid. Said amount will be added to the transportation costs generated, both for the first shipment and for the return and the second shipment.
Items purchased at a reduced or discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.
If any sample order does not meet the requirements on our website, we reserve the right not to proceed with the shipment of the order.
